Exterior Home Checks

• Visual Inspection of the Exterior Home, Walls, Roof, Etc.
• Check for Signs of Flooding and Storm Damage.
• Look for Signs of Forced Entry and Vandalism.
• Make Sure Exterior Doors and Windows Secured.
• Collect UPS and FedEx Packages.
• Check for Exterior Water Leaks.
• Visual Inspection of Outside Property for Weather Damage.
• Check Pools and/or Hot Tubs.
• Confirm Contracted Services (Lawn Care / Snow Removal, etc.).

 

Interior Home Checks

• Visual inspection of the Interior Home, Walls, Ceilings, Etc.

• Confirm All Utilities are Properly Turned on and Running.
• Run Kitchen Sink, Bathroom Faucets and Flush Toilets.
• Smell for Gas and Make Sure Pilot Lights On and Working.

• Check AC and/or Heating Systems.
• Confirm Alarm System are Activated.
• Visually Inspect for Pests.
• Supervise any Contractor Services (Cleaning, Repairs, Etc.).
• Confirm All Windows and Doors Locked.
